I came in for my 2nd visit with Dr.Lui. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Carlos and Ani. Carlos was great! He will work with you. I really liked that he was patient and not pushy. Ani did my deep cleaning. She was very nice, patient and checked on me to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Overall a really good visit.

Modern dental office with friendly staff and great customer service.

Anyone who knows me knows I have always dreaded the dentist. I can truly say that dentist of Old Torrance totally changed my outlook on my Oral health and my relationship with the dentist. I found this office in an emergency situation and felt so safe to be there immediately. Everyone was so incredibly welcoming and kind, and the office was super clean and had state-of-the-art equipment. I used to live nearby but have moved and still continue to take the drive to be seen at this office because I feel so safe and I know I’m in good hands. Literally every Person there that has assisted with my treatment has been so professional, swift and so thorough and not to mention so HONEST! Thank you!!! I feel like with the economy being so bad right now it’s so easy for places to push you to spend money and being that my financial situation has been compromised due to my own personal reasons. I was nervous about all the many things I need to get done to my teeth to get my health in order. With that being said, I have to shoutout Mrs. Johana, the office manager As she’s been so patient, understanding, kind, and so helpful in offering me a payment plan when other places turned me down and were actually rude to me when I was in pain and needed help. I know I haven’t been the easiest patient and she really made me feel like all will be ok and helped me figure it out together. You’re a gem! Dr. Emma Liu was so knowledgeable and warm. I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Barry Chiang and his assistant were like swift precise surgeon. You guys really know what you’re doing and I’m just so appreciative. As I leave the office today after this second big procedure I’ve had with Dentist of Old Torrance, I’m truly overwhelmed with gratitude for the care they’ve shown me during this entire process. From the dentist to the office staff to the assistance, literally such a kind, professional and warm environment. I’m so thankful for all of you guys! Sincerely!
